The state in which she left the property was unacceptable - full of rubbish, personal possessions (greetings cards, baby toys, sleeping bags - you name it!), and was utterly unwilling to make any compromise. Upon my asking whether her items could be removed, she asked me to box up her items and store within the property. Since it is a 1 bedroom flat, this was simply unreasonable.
